So, what about England?

Below is an article published in The Scotsman this week which examines the legitimacy of a Scottish Independence Referendum that does not take into account the views of the people of England.

Interestingly, Jim Gallagher, author of the piece states; “The Scottish side will have to work in its country’s best interest, but so will the negotiators for England, Wales and Northern Ireland”.

Very true, except the CEP would like to point out that there won’t be any ‘negotiators for England’, we don’t even have a First Minister!
