The Campaign for an English Parliament is registered under the Data Protection Act to obtain and process information about individuals.
We will only keep information about you that is relevant and necessary for campaigning and accounting purposes.
We promise to keep the personal information you give us safe and not to give it to anyone else unless we are required to do so by law enforcement agencies or you ask us to.
If you want to know what information we have about you, please get it touch and we will be more than happy to provide you with that information. Please be aware that there may be an administration charge for dealing with your request. Any administration charge will be in line with the guidelines set out by the Information Commissioner.
If you are unhappy with the way we have handled your information then you should first contact us and give us the opportunity to investigate and put right and mistakes. If you are still unhappy after we have dealt with your complaint, you have the right to refer the matter to the Information Commissioner who can investigate on your behalf.
