You can read the full document here. Our submission is based on the principle of democratic representation. We believe that English Labour members deserve the same rights as Welsh Labour members and Scottish Labour members. We believe policies should be brought together in an English manifesto, with all English Labour members given the chance to contribute. You can join our campaign for an English Manifesto here. To deliver this we advocate for reform of Labour’s National Policy Forum, in order to create an English Policy Forum that can perform a similar role to the Scottish and Welsh policy forums. These democratic changes will also increase our chances of winning the next general election, as explained in detail here.
