CELEBRATE ENGLAND'S BIRTHDAY - 12th JULY

On the 12th of July 927 at Eamont in North West England King Athelstan, who we think should be called Athelstan the Great, united England into a single country for the first time and laid the foundation for the English nation.

Little did he know back then that his creation would in time have such a profound impact on the history of the world.
