It is no longer a fight to secure a fair deal for England, it is a battle to save England At midday on the 12th September 2015, Labour announced its new Leader ‘Jeremy Corbyn’. He won taking 59.5% of the first vote. Some of Jeremy Corbyn’s first words after winning the Labour leadership were to congratulate, Kezia Dugdale, the new leader in Scotland and Carwyn Jones, the Welsh first minister, for ending the market in the health service in Wales. He also congratulated the Labour candidate for Bristol mayor chosen yesterday, Marvin Rees and Sadiq Khan, the Labour Mayoral candidate for London. Steve Davies, Chairman of the Campaign for an English Parliament stated “It is abundantly clear where Jeremy Corbyn stands regarding fairness for England. He has stated that he doesn’t believe that England has a collective history, that he doesn’t support the creation of an English Labour Party or the production of an English manifesto. He has rejected implementing English votes on English Laws and is clear he supports the break-up of England into regions”. Steve Davis continued “It is no longer a fight to secure a fair deal for England, it is a battle to save England from being broken-up into small pieces to suit the Labour party.
